This year was our 3rd year supporting Emma at the Walk Now for Autism Speaks event. Our 1st year was back in Atlanta and now we have the luxury of enjoying the beautiful views of the Intercoastal as we walk down here in Palm Beach. Emma made it through the entire walk thanks to the brilliant idea of riding in a wagon! It's the simple things that make outings like these so much easier on us all. Previous years she had to be carried through a majority of the walk due to her hypotonia issues and her frustrations with the crowd.
She found a bunch of balloons tied to a post at the end and well lets just say they ended up coming home with us. It was quite comical as she was the easiest kid to spot since the balloons stood out in the crowds.
